RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on https://qualuca.shop and is issued by SC MIXTMARKET ONLINE SRL (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Qualuca”).

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date on which they receive the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear written statement sent to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

2. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returned goods must be:

  • unused and unopened

  • in their original, intact packaging

  • in a resalable condition

Sealed food supplements are not suitable for return once unsealed for health and hygiene reasons.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

A fixed return shipping fee of 4.99 EUR applies. This amount will either:

  • be paid directly by the customer when arranging the return shipment, or

  • be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@qualuca.shop and provide:

  • your order number

  • photographs of the damaged product and packaging

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
