This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on https://qualuca.shop and is issued by SC MIXTMARKET ONLINE SRL (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Qualuca”).

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.

If your country is not available at checkout, delivery to that location is not supported at this time.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date the order is shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Where available, tracking details will be sent by email once the order has been shipped.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

7. FAILED DELIVERY OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or

  • failure to collect the package from the courier,

we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from any refund or to request additional payment for reshipment.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or governmental actions.
