RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on https://qualuca.shop and is issued by SC MIXTMARKET ONLINE SRL (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Qualuca”).
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the products, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at contact@qualuca.shop within the 14-day period.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

unused and unopened

in original, intact packaging

in a resalable condition
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed food supplements cannot be returned once unsealed.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:

products that have been opened or unsealed

products damaged due to improper handling

products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
4. RETURN PROCEDURE

Returns sent without prior notification may be refused.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
6. REFUNDS
Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within the timeframe required by law.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@qualuca.shop within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
