2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These Terms apply to all sales of products made through the Site to consumers within the European Union and beyond, where applicable.

All products offered on the Site are food supplements or related products intended for adult use, unless stated otherwise.

4. ORDERS

An order placed on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase products. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the Site are in EUR and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods available on the Site are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

6. DELIVERY

We deliver to selected countries within the European Union.

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the products.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date you receive the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing at contact@qualuca.shop.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If a return is accepted, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within the timeframe required by law.

Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

9. USE OF THE SITE

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

  • interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
